CONCIERGE SERVICE
With our concierge service, we do the shopping for you! Simply tell us the merchant or specific items you would like to purchase and we will place the order for you. We then pack and ship the order, and send you notification when the order ships.
STANDARD SERVICE
With our standard service, you can purchase goods online from any retailer and ship them to your S-KRAVE U.S. address. If needed, we can consolidate multiple packages and ship them to you. We do not charge storage fees for holding packages for consolidation.

Frequently Asked Questions
The jet is scheduled to arrive in St. Kitts on Tuesdays. Packages must be received at the Miami warehouse and processed before 12PM on Monday to make the shipment. For ocean shipments, packages must be received and processed at the Miami warehouse before 12PM on Tuesday. Packages will not be sent until a proper invoice is received.

S-KRAVE clears your packages in customs on your behalf. If you are a customer signed up for delivery, you will receive a phone call as soon as the online invoice is paid. If you are not a delivery customer, packages will be available for pick up from our office on Pond Road the day after the cargo arrives.
We make payment easy via online invoicing. If you would like to pay cash locally, you can pick up your package from our St. Kitts office located on Pond Road.
Dimensional weight, also known as volumetric weight, is a pricing technique for commercial freight transport, which uses an estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of a package. The shipping fee is based upon the dimensional weight or the actual weight, whichever is greater.
