Refund Policy

S-KRAVE offers insurance on all packages. S-KRAVE may reimburse customers partially or in full for damaged shipments, (caused specifically in transit from the U.S. to the Caribbean), following a detailed review.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or other manufacturer issues with the product. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within seven days of receipt at [email protected] or call (305) 492-0088.
